Serendipity

_______________________________________________________________________

This property is located on the Glebe Estate which uniquely lies in the lee of
Ballard Down, a chalk ridge extending East to the landmark Old Harry Rocks
on the Jurassic Coast. Elevated above Studland Village the site enjoys far
reaching views across Poole Harbour and North Dorset.

Working with clients from inception gave the opportunity to explore timber
frame and steel construction methods, sustainable materials and energy
efficient mechanical systems.
